It seems to me that the NBI changes its system every few years, yet it remains to be as inefficient and incompetent as the last one because they lose their databases and our data to the IT company in charge of their system. It's such a waste of time to have to come back every time your name had a "hit" and they don't do anything to update their records. If you had a "hit" when you applied before, it will come up again. In their previous system, you can fill out the form and pay online using Globe Gcash then proceed directly to the NBI main center in UN Avenue and be done with it in less than 10 minutes, which was convenient.
