Applying for NBI Clearance 2014

It seems to me that the NBI changes its system every few years, yet it remains to be as inefficient and incompetent as the last one because they lose their databases and our data to the IT company in charge of their system.   It's such a waste of time to have to come back every time your name had a "hit" and they don't do anything to update their records.  If you had a "hit" when you applied before, it will come up again.

In their previous system, you can fill out the form and pay online using Globe Gcash then proceed directly to the NBI main center in UN Avenue and be done with it in less than 10 minutes, which was convenient.

This time, you can only fill out the application form online found at http://nbi.njis-ph.com/

Make sure to double check all your entries before clicking the "Submit" button.

After filling it up online, you can print out the completed form or (if you don't have a printer) copy your 8-character registration code on a piece of paper then give it to the NBI window.
example only

I went to Las Piñas City Hall but it turned out that the NBI Satellite Center moved across the road to SM Center Las Piñas beside their parking area.

NBI Satellite Center is located beside the SM parking area

Proceed to Window 1 and present your printed form/registration code

Window 2 for payment of corresponding fee depending on the type of application and get your official receipt and Window 3/4 for photography and biometrics.

Of course, I'm not surprised when they tell me my name has a "hit" and I have to go back after a few days. The system is so f@#$ing useless.
